Very standard McDonald’s. Shoutout to the amazing guy on the till tonight! Came out and handed us our food with a huge smile

The place was good. The food was good anyways, But sometimes the crew messed up with the orders...

The idiots there can't even take an order right. I've ordered the Angus bacon cheese repeatedly and every time they give me the regular one. which I hate. I don't have time to check or go return it. I give the so many chances. they should fire everyone there and re hired a more competent staff.

Second time in a week I got someone else's order at drive through. By the time they got all the food right the drinks were cold. The manager apologize profusely and sounds well practiced for obvious reasons! The girls doing the final delivery was very nice and apologetic.

Simply the worst service ever. Waiting over 5 minutes to recieved a cup of coffee. The other guy a head of me still waiting for his meal. But... 3 Uber meals got picked up. Meanwhile a manager with a clip board just looks at us and turns her back then walks away. Seriously who ever owns this location should be taking notes. I will never visit it again. Horrified that a real customer in the store is being treated this way. Brought the wait time up to the girl and showed the reciept noting the time and all she said was we are really busy. I looked at the only other person in the restaurant and laughed. He agreed. Pathetic.

They charged me $8.50 for a poutine, when I went back 10 minutes later, using a different voice I found out it only costs $5.50. They gave me a salty junior chicken and some change. The manager muttered "Shet" when she seen me. Zero stars if it were possible.

Girlfriend have mcdouble and she was happy right up until I poured salt on her phone

Had the new chicken breakfast sandwich. It's ok not terrible. Would be better grilled. Not fried.

So me and a bud went here first night in red deer. You know all nervous and out of sorts from moving in to a new place. But I tell you young Benjamin took out order and I kid you not he had an impish grin on his face the whole time! So good to see folks still smiling. The food took a little time but who cares when you’ve got someone like Benny at your service. What an experience, wow!

Very poor service.. have gone through the drive through multiple times and the order is never correct even after I've repeated my order to the person 2,3 even 4 times sometimes. I have also had many people tell me they have had the same problem. I've also called to just give a heads up the managers that this is what is going and they could care less. If you have the option of going anywhere else I would recommend it!

Fast service, friendly staff. The managers are really nice an are more than happy to chat with you.

I was asked to pull ahead while they make a “fresh” patty and I said no as I tend to wait 10-15 min in the past. I guess by refusing to pull ahead I don’t get a fresh patty because it is COLD! The pull ahead system is only useful if used properly.

This is my neighborhood Mc Donald's and since they replaced those screens in drive thru you can not see your order. Then nothing at the window is really confirmed. This making my last 3 orders in correct. Missing items and the wrong coffee. I can't have cream and the one I got today had to be at least 4 cream. I don't even know what the point would be to call and complain. I worked at a Mc Donald's for 7 years and managed one as well. Making a drive thru order correct was always a priority. It would be nice to see your order again and also have them confirm exactly what your ordered at payment window

When you want to battle a hangover or feel worse about yourself, this is the spot.

Horrible service. I was a paying customer and they refused to give me a cup so I could get a drink of water from the pop fountain!

If I could give a negative star, I would. Save yourself the headache and find anywhere else to eat. They are consistently slow, reliably wrong, and today, I couldn't finish a sentence without being interrupted. In their efforts to be fast, they completely disrespect the customer and treat them as though they are wasting the staff's time. They messed up my order four times in a row today because they wouldn't let me finish a sentence, made assumptions and screwed everything up, and I still left with the wrong food, but was tired of fighting. Save yourself a serious headache and don't go here.

Its a nice place but they should really take peoples saftey into consideration because i am a female and some drunk guy had followed me into the ladys washroom peeping at me threw the washroom stall with a beer in his hand. I walked up to the employees to ask them to do something about it and they just stood there and did nothing about it there is a camera pointing at the washroom to verify this i asked to speak to the manger and they didint even bother so i will refuse to go back to this establishment for the reason that safety dosint seem to matter to the customrs.

The habanero chicken burger was much better and spicier this time around! Quick and friendly service!

Ordered a chicken wrap on one of the touch screen terminals and then when i was waiting I hear a lady from the back (presumably management) yell at the young lady at the till, asking her why people are still ordering grilled chicken when she knows they don't have any; well within the hearing range of every customer there, including myself. No signs no nothing on the screen saying not to order chicken so how am I supposed to know not to, and why is this young girl working there who didn't even take my order being yelled at for it. This is just one of the bad experiences i've had with staff at this specific store.

I ordered 3 cheeseburgers and I ordered ketchup only and they put a tad bit of ketchup and lots of thai sauce.

Very high population covering nearly the entire southeast end. I commend all staff for operating such a busy store. Though there is a lot of wait times when busy and things happen here and there (weak coffee/wrong order) always been impressed. I want to also commend night shift for being very professional with rowdy and rude customers.

Regular McDonalds. Clean and friendly service.

This McDonalds location has always been painfully slow when I'm dining in. Drive thru is usually okay in terms of wait time. In-restaurant, I've waited 50 minutes for four ice cream cones and almost 25 minutes for a coffee. I've never received my order in under ten minutes, and I've been to this McDonalds dozens of times. I've noticed that they always put priority on their Skip the Dishes orders, which can be incredibly frustrating.

Third time in a row I've gone there and they've given me someone else's order.

Always messing up orders or being asked to pull ahead and wait when there isn't a single car behind me in the drive thru. Would have to rate this as the worst run Mc Donald's in Red Deer. Do not reccomend. If you want to make $15/hr minimum wage, start by doing your jobs.

I had well done fries and an ice coffee. No issues with the coffee, but the fries tasted as if the fryer was malfunctioning. My order took longer than it should have. There was a long black hair wound around the ketchup cups. Gross!

Messy, tables dirty, someone spilled drink at pop fountain, sat like that for at least 15 mins. Staff was told. It was a staff member that made the mess and walked away.He was having his lunch

I will never go to this Restaurant anymore because the customer service is so bad

Poor quality 9 out of 10 times. The East Hill location serves a decent area, its too bad it's one of the worst in town. You can definitely tell the difference

Every single time i go there they mess up my order somehow.its the slowest McDonald's in red deer. And the food they do give you is sub par even for McDonald's.. Usually cold. I've learned my lesson and will drive passed this location to another

Terrible service this morning in the drive through. They had messed up on our order and given us milk instead of coffee, instead of apologizing for the error they were rude and annoyed by having to change it. Both the manager and the girl working the window had terrible customer service skills. Not an enjoyable experience.

I have only been here once or twice but as far as I saw the lobby was clean, food was nice and staff was friendly. Would come again definitely.

So slow. Messed up order completely. Ordered coffee with 2 cream 2 sweetener, no sweetener. Ordered mint tea got green tea. Will not waste my time here again.

Anytime you go the customer service is horrible can't even get a hello or have a good day back they are too concerned about clearing there drive through screen let alone they can't make a cup of coffee properly personally I take coffee with my cream *Edit* I went back on feb 15 2018 and got another poor quality meal fries are half full under cooked and over salted burger looks like shoe leather and waited in drive through for no reason staring at my order through the window and not one employee to be found let alone customer service sucked as usual drive past this McDonald's it's not worth a single star.

McDonald's; it's the same food since we were kids, but this location at Eastview actually had nice plump burgers and nice french fries. I may have gotten lucky but I enjoyed it considering I haven't had a Big Mac in about five years. Really clean location and everybody was really nice.

DO NOT order skipthedishes from this location, they have screwed up or forgotten an item everytime we have ordered from them

Had a good meal there and they were patient with the children as they counted out their payment. 2pm visit and everything was fresh.

Very busy but usually quite clean. Surprisingly friendly service given the work load they get. An employee named Jamie was very helpful and checked up on us while we were eating.

I love the ice cream and coffee. Tastes good and very cheap. Best place when you dont have much money but you can still enjoy your ice cream and make yourself happy. 🤗 Thank you to all McDonald's hard working staff. You are amazing.😘

Ordered a Big Mac meal and supersized it, guy at the window was very nice but they forgot the drink completely.

Worst and slowest service among all mcdonald,s in reddeer. I hope there is some management who can take notice.

All I can say is same old same old! Really not sure why I eat there?? For the same price you can get quality food at A&W but we all seem to think the the big M is the best value!

I am truck driver who delivers to save on foods next door I walked in dining room for a coffee Sat morning may 23 door was open people inside working but I told to leave right away in a rude kind of way without my coffee drive through refused to serve me either find this very disturbing and disrespectful to me as I am a front line worker

This is by far the worst run McDonald's I've ever been to.Food took forever, staff don't seem to understand the order system, nobody seems to know what they're doing.Judging by the other reviews this is a normal thing here.

This location is pretty fast and gets my order right!! Fairly clean inside and there's just enough room for everyone. Food and drinks are good!

Let’s be honest it’s McDonnalds so not a bar setter to begin with but this was an epic fail.Stopped in yesterday on our way out of town, ordered and paid for side of mcchicken sauce, was told, “yep it’s in the bag” and guess what?....nope. Had to go back in to get it.Fries were ice cold and hard, worst I’ve had in years. Ended up throwing the whole thing in garbage and grabbed something else on gasoline alley. Will not be back here ever.
